Managing your company’s finances is now easier with UOB eAlerts! No matter where you are each business day, you can receive SMS and/or email alerts on your UOB SGD and foreign currency accounts on:

Account Balance
- Receive notification on your account balance twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon to get an update on your available funds for disbursements and investments.
Account Balance Below Threshold
- If your account balance falls below the threshold amount, you will also receive notifications twice a day. This enables you to make timely decisions to fund your account and manage your disbursements to ensure sufficient funds in your account.
Incoming Funds
- You will receive up to five notifications a day on Inward Telegraphic Transfers (from overseas or Singapore), transfers from other UOB accounts and all trade credits exceeding the threshold amount. We will notify you of the transaction reference number for incoming trade credits to save time and effort in monitoring your incoming funds.
Debit Notification
- Receive up to five notifications on any debits from your account exceeding the threshold amount at various intervals throughout the day. This will help you manage your cash outflows with greater certainty.
Return of Cheques Deposited
- For return of SGD and USD cheques* deposited, you will receive notifications to facilitate follow-up with the issuer of the cheques.
  
  ^*This is only applicable for SGD and USD cheques cleared through Singapore Automated Clearing House.

To enjoy free UOB eAlerts! simply sign up for the UOB Premium Services promotion^#. If you sign up between 1 July 2010 and 31 December 2010, you will enjoy cost savings till 31 December 2011* as follows:

Waiver of monthly subscription fees. 50% discount on inter-bank GIRO transaction fees. Pay only 1/16% commission charges for Telegraphic Transfers. Up to 3 free tokens*.	Waiver of monthly subscription fees*+ for: SMS alerts for 1 account and 2 mobile numbers or; 2 bank accounts and 1 mobile number and/or Email alerts for a maximum of 3 email addresses per bank account.

^# The UOB Premium Services promotion comprises both UOB BIB Premium Package and UOB eAlerts! and must be signed up jointly.
* Standard charges will apply when promotion ends on 31 December 2011. After signing up for the promotion, should you terminate either the UOB BIB Premium Package or the UOB eAlerts! service before 31 December 2011, the standard subscription and transaction fees would apply for the remaining service.
